1. Order Processing Time

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed after 5 PM, on Sundays, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During peak seasons or special sales, processing may take an extra 1 business day.

2. Delivery Timeframes

We ship all orders via trusted courier partners.

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Remote / Interior Areas: 5–9 business days

Note: Delays may occur due to unforeseen issues such as weather conditions, courier delays, or regional restrictions.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders above a minimum purchase value INR 500


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

5. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

STAVYAH is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Customer not available at the time of delivery
  • Wrong contact information
  • Refusal to accept the parcel

In such cases:

  • The product may be returned to us by the courier.
  • We can re-ship it upon request, but additional shipping charges may apply.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners usually make 2–3 delivery attempts.
If all attempts fail, the shipment is returned to us.


7. International Shipping (If Applicable)

If you plan to offer worldwide shipping, here is the text:

We currently ship internationally to selected countries. Delivery timelines typically range from 10–21 business days depending on the destination.

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • Country-specific fees

8. Undelivered Packages

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address or unavailability, we will contact you for re-shipment instructions within 7 days.
If no response is received, the order will be cancelled automatically.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per our Returns & Exchange Policy.


9. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or items are missing:

  • Contact us within 24–48 hours
  • Share clear photos/videos of the outer box, inner packaging, and product
