We ship all orders via trusted courier partners.

Note: Delays may occur due to unforeseen issues such as weather conditions, courier delays, or regional restrictions.

- Free shipping on all prepaid orders above a minimum purchase value INR 500

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

5. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
STAVYAH is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Customer not available at the time of delivery
- Wrong contact information
- Refusal to accept the parcel
In such cases:
- The product may be returned to us by the courier.
- We can re-ship it upon request, but additional shipping charges may apply.
6. Delivery Attempts

If all attempts fail, the shipment is returned to us.

We currently ship internationally to selected countries. Delivery timelines typically range from 10β21 business days depending on the destination.

If no response is received, the order will be cancelled automatically.

If your package arrives damaged or items are missing:
