1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are issued only under the following conditions:
✔ Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged, broken, leaking, or defective, and a replacement is not possible, you are eligible for a refund.
✔ Incorrect Item Delivered
If you received the wrong product and do not wish for a replacement, a refund will be processed.
✔ Product Out of Stock
If the product needed for replacement is unavailable, the refund will be initiated automatically.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- The product has been used, opened, or partially consumed
- You changed your mind or do not like the fragrance after use
- Damage caused by improper handling after delivery
- Products purchased on sale, discounts, or clearance
- Issues reported after 48 hours of delivery
- Packaging thrown away or insufficient proof of issue
Perfumes, candles, diffusers, and other fragrance products cannot be returned for a refund once opened due to hygiene and safety reasons.
3. Refund Request – How to Apply
To request a refund, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Share the following details:
📸 Photos/videos of:
- The damaged or incorrect product
- Outer shipping box
- Inner packaging

4. Refund Method
Once approved, refunds are processed through:
- Bank Transfer / UPI
- Original Payment Method (for prepaid orders)
- Wallet / Store Credit (if chosen by customer)
Refunds usually take 5–7 working days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment gateway.
5. Refund for COD Orders
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via:
- Bank Transfer
- UPI ID
- Store Credit (on request)
Cash refunds are not provided for COD orders.
6. Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
In certain cases, partial refunds may be issued if:
- Only part of the order is damaged
- Only one item in a combo/set is affected
- The product shows minor packaging damage but is usable
Partial refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
✔ Before Shipping:
If you cancel an order within 1 hour, a full refund will be issued.
✔ After Shipping:
Refunds are not possible after dispatch. You may apply for a replacement/refund only after receiving the item (if eligible).
8. Duplicate Charges or Failed Transactions
If you experience a payment failure or duplicate charge:
- Write to us with your transaction details
- Refund will be processed within 3–5 working days after verification
9. Important Notes
- Refunds will be processed only after verification of submitted evidence.
- STAVYAH reserves the right to approve or deny refund claims based on the policy terms.
- Natural variations in handcrafted candles (color, texture, small frosting) are not considered defects.
