1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchange
We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:
✔ Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is broken, leaking, or damaged during transit, we will replace it at no extra cost.
✔ Incorrect Product Received
If the product delivered is different from what you ordered, we will arrange a replacement.
✔ Quality Concerns
If you experience an issue with product quality (e.g., candle not burning properly, diffuser malfunction, etc.), our team will assess it and offer a replacement where applicable.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Used or opened candles
- Used perfumes
- Products showing signs of wear or alteration
- Items purchased on sale, offer, or clearance
- Gift cards or promotional items
3. Return / Exchange Request Timeline
You must raise a request within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Requests submitted after 48 hours are not eligible.
4. How to Raise a Return or Exchange Request

5. Replacement & Refund Process
✔ Replacements
- Once approved, a replacement product will be shipped within 3–5 working days.
- There is no additional charge for shipping replacements.
✔ Refunds (Only when replacement is not possible)
Refunds are processed only if the product is out of stock or cannot be replaced.
Refunds will be issued via:
- UPI / Bank Transfer
- Credit/Debit card reversal (if applicable)
Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect.
6. Return Shipping
If the return is approved:
- For damaged/incorrect products → We cover the return shipping.
- For other approved cases → Customer may need to ship the product back in original packaging.
7. Conditions for Successful Returns
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- Must include all accessories, tags, labels, and free items (if any)
- Must be packed securely to avoid further damage
8. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placing them.
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
9. Disclaimer
Handcrafted soy candles and premium perfumes may have slight variations in color or texture due to natural ingredients. These minor variations are not considered defects.
